The operation of a kitchen waste collection vehicle involves the gradual loadingof bucketed "slop" onto a conveyor belt within the vehicle, which is then poured intothe cargo compartment (consisting of a body and a tank) from the top. The depositedwaste is forcefully compressed by a strong push plate, followed by solid-liquidseparation. The separated liquid flows into the sewage tank at the bottom of the tankwhile the solid waste is compressed and stored within the tank, reducing its volume.Once the tank is filled, the vehicle transports the waste to a kitchen waste resourceoptimization treatment plant. The entire process is automated.The collection and centralized treatment of kitchen waste require not only posttreatment equipment for harmless and resourceful processing but also specializedvehicles for collection and transportation. Due to the high moisture content andcomplex composition of kitchen waste, the vehicles need to have good sealing, easyand safe operation, high and convenient loading and unloading efficiency, andcompatibility with subsequent resourceful equipment.
