Oil extraction vehicles are a type of special vehicle specifically designed for oilfield operations, modified from truck chassis, with multiple functions including oil extraction, strong discharge, and test oil operations for wells, as well as well-logging and fishing operations for oil and water wells. These vehicles use the principle of suction to perform related operations through the well casing or oil extraction pipe. During operation, only the pipe needs to be lowered to a certain depth below the liquid surface and then lifted, which can draw the well's oil and automatically press it into the oil tanker truck or storage tank.
The main technical parameters of the oil extraction vehicle include maximum operating depth, maximum lifting load at the smallest diameter of the drum, drum rope capacity, steel wire rope diameter, working height of the well frame, and maximum working load of the well frame. They are usually designed with strong mobility, capable of adapting to various wellfield operations, and have the characteristics of simple operation and convenient maintenance.
